Job Description
Project Coordinator needed for a large construction company headquartered in North Scottsdale. This role is to assist the Operations Manager with general duties, such as completing subcontract prequalification and updates of bid logs; providing feedback to subcontractor and project team throughout the process and until completion. The Project Coordinator will manage big logs and subcontractor database and distribute information to internal team as needed. Follow up with subcontractors on project compliance is required on a daily basis; ensure project deadlines are met. Update and maintain project compliance in Textura.
 
Other responsibilities include managing waste/recycling receipt compliance, ensuring each project city’s requirements are met; updating project team and Accounting on subcontractor compliance for the required payment release; attending project meetings as needed. Provide the field team with project updates weekly, including executed subcontracts and subcontract change orders, along with approved documentation provided by Assistant Project Managers. Ensure all field updates are done accordingly and are redacted. Assist Contract department in creating issuing subcontract documents. Create, manage and archive subcontractor files and general project files. File subcontract documents and general project files weekly. Distribute project logs and compliance updates to Executives, Operations Support Manager and project team weekly and as requested. Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including saving all electronic documents in accordance with company standards. Assisting in updating project documents and project team directory in ERP System is also required.
 
The Project manager must have a great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task; must have sense of urgency, accountability and complete work on time.
