Job Description
Position Overview
He / she shall assist in cultivating new business, fostering and expand existing relations, and contributing to the overall culture and values of the company. He / she shall report indirectly to the COO.
Functions of Position
He / she will assist the overall company in fundamental tasks and relationships that generate additional revenue for the company. These will include, but are not limited to, research and due diligence of real estate, client needs, and fostering new relationships. Marketing material, networking, procurement, public relations, broker and client relations, and overall personal conduct should be the substance behind their performance. Tasks and duties to include:
Job Roles:
  • Create new construction revenue opportunities/leads for LGE Resi
  • Create revenue opportunities through your professional relationships
  • Complete and manage targeted lists of residential agents / potential leads, pitch regularly, and attend events
  • Regularly attend industry events and trade shows. Look out for opportunities to serve on panels and be an industry leader
  • Join and actively participate in one or more board groups in industry related organizations
  • Identify new prospective clients for LGE Resi & engage in needs analysis
  • Build new client relationships through media, industry contacts, networking, etc.
  • Compile Market Research and Market Sizing for competitive and market trends.
  • Track Sales Leads in the CRM
  • Meet with relevant TEAM (Design, BD & Preconstruction) members on a weekly basis to ensure client needs are being met
  • Prepare internal documents with client/project information and coordinate internal meetings to debrief
  • Prepare for and attend industry related functions (breakfasts, happy hours, tradeshows, golf tournaments)
  • Communicate (with help from design, precon & construction) unique details that sets us apart from our competitors
  • Attend LGE Resi groundbreaking events and speak on behalf of LGE Resi as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings as needed with clients, partners and prospects
Roles to partner with Marketing:
  • Compile and assemble presentation packages which include targeted marketing information
  • Prepare pitch packages for residential brokerage firms on LGE Resi & LGEDG Services
  • Prepare marketing packages for client prospects
  • Identify new marketing opportunities & SWAG that will be impactful for bringing new opportunities to LGE Resi & LGEDG
  • Meet weekly with marketing team to ensure social media strategy is being implemented
  • Coordinate video shoots with appropriate team member and be willing to be on camera to provide analysis on projects
  • Assist marketing team with content creation, social media strategy and coordination of all shoots
Required Attributes
MOST important is TEAM spirit! Helping to maintain a happy, honest and trusting work environment is key to being successful not only in this position, but as one of our TEAM members. Computer skills to include knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe & Costar (training available). Sales experience, intellect, personality, desire and ability to engage in public speaking and presenting in front of large groups. He /she will be out of the office a lot meeting with brokers, prospective clients, real estate professionals, and city officials. Cell phone usage will be heavy and multi-tasking is a must.
ABR (Annual Business Review) with COO to help maintain structure, goal setting, and concerns. Strategizing and communicating with COO on a weekly basis and report on opportunity and relationship progress.
Annual review by COO to include peer input. Review will be based on interactions and engagement with the TEAM, evidence of how you demonstrate company values, direct involvement in ongoing projects, assistance in bringing in new business, and revenue generation.
