Anchored Solutions is a Phoenix-based Home Services General Contracting and HVAC company founded by two experienced operators who know that the best service isn’t delivered by the biggest trucks—it’s delivered by people who care. Two leaders partnering together, bringing their experience, passion for serving, and integrity introduce a new General Contracting and HVAC partner in the valley.

Jeff Frye brings over 20 years of hands-on HVAC experience, from residential installs and complex projects. Paul Willis is a U.S. Navy Veteran with experience building multi-million dollar projects, a leader, and has a track record of building high-performance teams in the construction industry.

Both founders and their fathers, along with their wives’ fathers, have served in the U.S. military—a shared tradition of service that shapes the culture, work ethic, and commitment at Anchored Solutions.
