About Us

Founded in 1984, CASS is Arizona's largest and longest serving emergency shelter program serving people experiencing homelessness. Both our adult and family shelters operate at full capacity 24/7, 365 days of the year. Serving the entire Phoenix metropolitan area, CASS is a regional solution to a homelessness, working to fill service gaps and help thousands of people transform their lives by providing safe emergency shelter to adults and families, helping people get back into housing or stay housed when possible, and assisting individuals towards long-term stability.
