New 94-bed skilled nursing facility at 91st Ave and McDowell Rd. Our sub-acute rehab will care for patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and dialysis needs in private rooms. Our Long Term Care (nursing level) memory care features 24 spacious, private apartments, large outdoor recreational area, multisensory room, and a full-service salon.
