Employee-owned Kitchell offers a wide array of building services, from development and general contracting to CM/PM services and facilities management. Founded in Phoenix in 1950 as a modest family-owned construction company, today Kitchell’s workforce of 1,100 manages projects and facilities throughout the country from offices in Arizona and California. Kitchell’s wholly-owned operating companies are Kitchell Contractors, Kitchell Development, Kitchell Capital Expenditure Managers, American Refrigeration Supplies and hardison/downey construction.
