CJ Williams is a dedicated and innovative leader with over 20 years in educational leadership and workforce development.  With a deep commitment to fostering student success and preparing the next generation for economic independence.  At West-MEC, CJ leads strategic efforts to engage key stakeholders in support of student pathways, focusing on equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in today's dynamic world. CJ holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, with a minor in Political Science from Arizona State University. He has served as a classroom teacher, advisor, school administrator, director of workforce development, and district administrator.
